The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is a 20% restocking fee due to handing of vinyl and potential damage done shipping back and forth. Many times, vinyl cannot be resold because it is received in a less than new condition, therefore we do charge a restocking fee.
